At Whizz Partners, we are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our tools and services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and store data retrieved via the Facebook Lead Ads API through our internal application.

Data We Access

Our application connects to Meta’s (Facebook) Lead Ads API to retrieve lead information from forms that individuals have voluntarily submitted through our clients’ Facebook Pages. The data may include:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any custom fields defined by the advertiser in the lead form

All users whose data is collected have already consented to share their information via Facebook’s own terms and policies at the moment they submitted the form.

How We Use This Data

The sole purpose of collecting this data is to deliver it to our clients, the owners of the respective Facebook Pages, in real-time via a privately shared Google Sheets. No further processing, profiling, enrichment, or redistribution of the data is performed.

We do not:
• Analyze or manipulate the data
• Share it with third parties
• Use it for marketing purposes
• Use it to build user profiles

Data Retention

To ensure data minimization, we store only the latest 1,000 leads per connected account, and we retain lead data for a maximum of 90 days from the time it is retrieved.

After this period, or once the 1,000-lead limit is reached, older entries are automatically removed from the system.

All data obtained through Facebook Lead Ads is gathered with the prior explicit consent of the user via Facebook’s own interfaces and agreements. Our application only retrieves this information with authorized access via tokens provided by account administrators (our clients), and is limited to Facebook Pages and ad accounts under our direct management.

We do not allow external or public users to onboard themselves or connect unrelated accounts.

Data Security

The data is retrieved securely via Facebook’s API and passed to Google Sheets over encrypted connections. We do not host or store the data on our own servers or databases. Access to the generated Sheets is managed directly by the client, and we do not retain access beyond the delivery phase.
